Live Orchestra
Last year, a group of musicians led by Jason Dyck of Winkler, volunteered their time and talents to provide the musical accompaniment composed by Micheal Janzen specifically for Oak Valley. The live music brings an added dimension to the performances. Oak Valley is currently looking for volunteers this year's orchestra. Please phone 242-3107 if you are interested.

Brand new stage
In 2011 a new, permanent set was built, complete with a cement stage and prefabricated flats. A crew of volunteers spent many hours constructing, painting, and assembling the new set. Backstage improvements were incorporated, providing additional enclosed storage and preparation areas.

What's New:
New Scenes
Last year, director Belita Sanders wrote additional scenes for the beginning of the Passion Play. They depict the biblical stories of Jesus' birth and childhood, His baptism in the Jordan river, some of His miracles and the Sermon on the Mount. Expect to see these scenes will be in this year's production as well, so don't miss out on the action!
